Important Appointment Policies: How We Handle Confirmations & Cancellations

Welcome to Figurarte Aesthetic Center! 🌟 Please take a moment to review the following important policies:

• Punctuality: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiting your appointment and losing your reservation.
• Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if something prevents you from attending. Failure to do so will result in loss of the reservation value.
• No Children: For everyone’s comfort and safety, we do not allow children in the center.
• Pre- and Post-Treatment Recommendations: Follow the guidance provided by our specialists to achieve the best possible results.
• Refund Policy: We do not offer cash refunds (full cancellation details are available on our website). If you notify us of changes at least 24 hours in advance, the value of your reservation will not be lost and can be applied to a new appointment within 30 days of your original booking date.
• Stay Alert: Please respond to any communications regarding your appointment.

Appointments: Confirmations and Cancellations

We make every effort to remind you of your upcoming appointment before the scheduled date. However, please notify us if you are unable to keep your reservation. We understand that plans can change, and we’ll be happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

• For single-service appointments (lasting less than one hour), we accept cancellations without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time.
• For multiple services for one person or special treatments totaling more than one hour, we accept cancellations without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time.
• For group bookings or appointments involving multiple people, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.

By booking an appointment with us, you authorize us to charge your credit card or gift card 35% of the estimated cost (or $30 per hour or portion thereof for the scheduled services) in the event of a late cancellation outside the allowed windows. If you fail to check in or complete your appointment without prior notice within the specified time frames, you will be responsible for 100% of the estimated cost.
